Compare "mind map" and "frame map" approach 

Find below two maps created with Mind Pad. The first one use mind mapping techniques to represent information, the second one use object-oriented frame approach. It's much easier to represent information as a combination of mind map and frames.

Old "Mind Map" approach

This is the old map created in Mind Pad that use mind mapping approach to represent Balanced Scorecard information. User face the problem that it's hard to have an overview.

New "Frame Map" approach

We have the sample objects as on mind map, but all texts are hidden into frame object properties. If we need to have detailed information then we just click on the object and browse it's properties.
