Hi!
I'm glad to find another mind mapping tool, called Mind Pad. It it another mind map tool, I mean what new benefits and features it can suggest to mind mappers?

Thank you for your interest, Jean. We have recently released Mind Pad 1.0 and people ask the question about "What is the difference...", "Is it another mind map tool...", "What do you going to do with it in future...".
We answer all those questions and explain some details about Mind Pad.
Mind Pad is a mind mapping software, but it has some really new benefits:
1) It's object-oriented. You can create text-type topics or you can create object-type topics. I wrote about this in new article on our web site: Object-oriented mind mapping
2) Mind Pad is a .NET application. We are planning to release some web-service based on Mind Pad and create a version for Pocket PC.
3) Finally, we think that semantic networks (simpler: mind maps) is a great way of representing information, we think it's a good idea to use mind map ideas in other applications.

I've browsed your mind-pad.com and gave a product a little testing. My opinion: it is sounds like a challenge! I have sent you a minnor bug reports, but I think the product is great! |
